Final Track Project for Full Sail University

  1. This track has a nice, clean, smooth vibe to it. It could be used as background music in a video, movie, or advertisement.                                                                                                                               2.  The tempo of this piece is 110 bpm. It is in the key of C minor. The time signature is 4/4 meter. The rhythm and bass tracks complement each other very nicely.                                           3.  The piece is in the key of C minor. The chord progression is as follows - |Cm|Dm|Eflat|Dm| - |Gm|AflatMaj|Bflat|Cm|.  I chose these chords because they had a nice sound and flow together. I produced this melody because it had a nice upbeat sound and went well with the harmony/chords track.                                                                                                                                    4.  I used a cooking pan for the audio track. I searched until I found one that had a nice ring to it when hit with a stick.  It was difficult to get the timing right though.                                                                                                                                5.  For time-based effects, I used reverb and EQ on track 7. This brought the sound out more and made it clearer to hear.
